Clemson tennis splits doubleheader

CLEMSON — Clemson defeated Navy 7-0 and lost to Princeton 4-3 in men’s tennis action at Clemson Friday.

Clemson is now 9-6 on the year. The Tigers will open ACC play at Georgia Tech on Wednesday, March 5 in Atlanta, Ga. in the Tigers’ next action.

Carlos Alvarez won both of his singles and doubles matches in the Navy and Princeton contests today.
